Are my feet supposed to lay flat on the step?
Most people’s feet will not lay flat on the footpads. They will be resting slightly on the balls of their feet.

Can everyone use the HealthStep?
The HealthStep is perfect for adults aged 12 and over. Young children should be instructed on the proper use.

I have a custom made toilet; will the HealthStep fit around it?
The HealthStep® is designed to be used with just about any toilet. The width of the center opening is 9.5 inches. The HealthStep itself is 16.5”Lx19”Wx8.5”H.

How long will it take for my HealthStep to arrive once I have ordered it?
If you live in the continental USA, please allow 10-14 business days for delivery.

Is the HealthStep safe to stand on?
The HealthStep is not a stepping stool. Do not stand on the HealthStep at anytime. It is designed for you to rest your feet on to achieve the squatting position for elimination.

Do I have to store the HealthStep in the closet?
The HealthStep stores neatly, easily and modestly under your toilet between uses.

How do you take the HealthStep® Colon Care System?
This monthly program is two weeks of the HealthStep® Colon Cleanse Formula then two weeks of the HealthStep™ Daily Maintenance Formula.

Start with the Colon Cleanse Formula by taking one pill a day for two weeks with breakfast. Be sure to eat before taking this supplement. Drink two glasses of room temperature water within one hour of taking the supplement.

After two weeks of taking the HealthStep® Colon Cleanse Formula, follow up with the HealthStep® Daily Maintenance Formula. Take one to two pills a day with warm water 15 minutes before dinner.
