What is the delivery time for standard shipping?
Your shipment will be going out via USPS. With regular shipping, you will receive your HealthStep® shipment about 2 weeks after you placed your order.

How can I contact HealthStep™ customer service?
If you already ordered the HealthStep®, you can reach Customer Service by email customerservice@healthstep.com (we will respond in 24 hours, Monday - Friday) or by calling 1-800-305-8932.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours from the time you placed your order for Customer Service to have a record of your purchase. You can reach our Customer Service department Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time Zone.

Can I order the HealthStep® with a Check?
We actually have the ability to accept your check over the phone and over this website. The process is very quick, simple and is as secure as using your credit card. Plus, you'll get your order shipped out right away, so you can start using your HealthStep that much sooner. Just have your checkbook, as we will need you to read the numbers that appear in the bottom left corner of your check in order to charge your checking account electronically. This is a very safe and secure process, just call 1-800-305-8932 anytime, or select the "Check" payment option on the shopping cart.

Can I just mail in my order?
You can mail your check, but please allow an additional week for processing. Please make your check out to "HealthStep" for $83.90, which is $65.95 plus $17.95 shipping and handling. If you would like an additional HealthStep, please enclose an additional $45.99, shipping and handling is free. Washington residents, please add 9.5% sales tax.

Is The HealthStep® available in any retail stores?
The HealthStep® is currently not available at retail locations. You can order the HealthStep® on this website or by calling our toll free order number, 1-800-305-8932.
