1. What are the ingredients in the colon cleanse?
   Serving Size: 1 Capsule Servings Per Bottle: 14
   Chinese Rhubarb
   (Rheum Palmatum)
   Prune Fruit (Extract;4:1)
   Barberry Root (Berberies Vulgaris)
   Dandelion Root
   Fenugreek Seed
   Caraway Seed
   
   All of these are very safe, in safe dosage and can be used with most medications. Please check with your medical professional for details.
   
   
2. What are the ingredients in the daily maintenance formula?
   This formula has three herbs in it. The formula is designed based on an ancient East Indian classic formula of three herbs; Chebulic Myrobalan (Haritaki), Indian Gooseberry (Amalaki) and Belliric Myrobalan (Vibhitaki).
   
   
3. Are there any stimulants in either product?
   No. No stimulants whatsoever.
   
   
4. Is there ephedra in the product?
   No Ephedra.
   
   
5. Will this effect any medications I am taking?
   Unless you are taking laxatives, this will not effect medications you are taking. However, please consult with your health practitioner before taking this or any other herbal product.

9. How do I take it?
   Take the colon cleanse formula everyday once a day for two weeks with breakfast. After you are finished with that bottle, take your daily maintenance formula, two pills a day with warm water 15 minutes before dinner.
